Tribute

It is with profound sadness and broken heart that I share the passing of my beloved husband, confidant and best friend on January 21, 2018 at the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission, BC. Bob will be remembered for his love of the ocean, travelling, golf and joy de vivre. Snorkelling in the BVIs, where he finally made an honest woman out of me, and spending time in St-Anicet, Quebec during the summers were two of the his favourite places to be. Many wonderful memories and laughter were had at both. Bob also spent a lot of time boating, golfing and goofing around with his son, David, who will miss him terribly. He is survived by his brother Gerry (Susan) of Palm Desert, CA, where he golfed and teased them relentlessly, his children David (Lori), Bobby (Teresa), grandchildren (Helena and Maggie) and his nephews and nieces who lovingly called him “No Bob” as well as his many cherished friends. A celebration of life will be held at the Best Western, 32281 Lougheed Hwy, Mission, BC V2V 1A3 on Sunday, January 28 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Christine Morrison Hospice, in Mission, BC. A special thank you to Dr.A. Mortimer and all the staff from the Christine Morrison Hospice for their tremendous care and passion they provided. He will be missed and in our hearts forever.
