With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Matt, son, brother and father on November 2, 2019.
He leaves to mourn Dale and Daphne – Dad & Mom. Hillary – sister and her husband Jeremy. A very special little son Elijah.
A Celebration of Life for Matt will be held on March 21, 2020 at the Delta Thistle Curling club lounge.
Special thanks to Surrey Memorial Hospital- ICU and the BC Transplant Team.
