She later moved to Alberta and then onto Vancouver, where she met the love of her life Armand through the Catholic Youth Organization. They married in 1952 and were blessed to celebrate 65 wonderful years of marriage together.

Marcy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to many. She was a kind, gentle and faithful lady. She was also a fantastic cook and an avid book reader. Marcy’s life was truly marked by love and her words and actions were a continuous testimony of the grace of God.

Marcy,  your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.

A special thanks to Dr. Cox and the staff of Laurel Place for the compassionate care that Marcy received through each of you for the past 5 years.

Such a ray of sunshine. My memory of her was that she always had a smile on her face. Her legacy is her wonderful family who also bear that same smile.
