Leonard Harry Sterne
Born: New Westminster, BC – February 16th, 1958
Parents – Joan Sterne &Carl Sterne
After a long hard-foughtbattle with lung cancer and with his family by his side Leonard H. Sterne passed away on October 1st, 2019 at Christine Morrison Hospice inMission, BC
Although no longer with us,Leonard’spresence is felt in our day to day lives.
He is survived by his wife Leona, daughters Jennifer, Lee-Anne andCharlene, stepdaughter Amber, stepson Tim, grandchildren David, Bradley, Christina, Nathan, Breanna, James, Alex, Jerrod,Wyatt, Nathan H., Olivia, Isaac and Austin, great grandchild Rylee, brothers Gerald and Calvin, nieces Stephanie, Raelyn and Stacey, nephews Clayton, Bradley and Michael.
Leonard will be remembered for his relentless willingness to help others. Proudly rough around the edges and outspoken, he could not hide the fact that he was truly a gentle, loving and caring man. He found great pride in helping those he loved and respected.
Leonard Sterne’s Celebration of Life will be held at Chilliwack Landing Sports Center – 45530 Spadina Ave., Chilliwack, BC on Sunday, October 20th, 2019 at 1:00pm
There will be a Graveside service held at Hatzic Cemetery, 34863 Cemetery Ave., Mission BC on Monday, October 21st @ 11:00am
