Tribute
It is with deep sorrow that we announce that on April 10, 2026, Gary Douglas Peter passed away peacefully at his home in Chemainus, BC after a lengthy illness. Gary is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Corri Peter, 4 adult children Kristine, Lucas (Alyce), Alexander (Holly), Laura (Raveen) and 10 amazing grandchildren. Gary was filled with immense love and pride as he watched his children grow to achieve milestones and succeed in achieving their goals. Gary had a passion for music and sports and was elated to see his legacy continue with his children and grandchildren ~ who were his greatest joy. Gary lived his life to the fullest and during his career of more than 35 years in the plumbing industry, he made many cherished memories and countless friends. Gary’s jovial attitude and legendary stories will be remembered fondly by all that knew him. Gary will be forever loved and never forgotten.
