Armand Rial Jolicoeur

Armand, surrounded by loved ones, passed on peacefully to his eternal home with the Lord on October 21st, 2017 in Surrey, BC at the age of 87.
He is survived by his loving sweetheart Marcelle and his brother René (Cecile). Dear father of Claudette, Denise (Daniel pre-deceased), Joanne and Ron (Michelle). Grandfather of Renée (pre-deceased), Erynn, Adom, Sarah, Jordan, Scot, Nicky, Megan and James. Great Grandfather of Parker and Brayden. True companion of many other relatives and friends.
Armand was born November 7th, 1929 in Sudbury Ontario. At the age of 15 his family moved to Vancouver where he graduated from Vancouver College. He later met the love of his life Marcelle through the Catholic Youth Organization and they married in 1952. They recently celebrated 65 wonderful years of marriage together. Armand was a loving husband and family man, good provider and well rooted in his love for the Lord. He loved to curl and to golf with his buddies, watch the Blue Jays on TV and getting together with family. His greatest goal was to share his faith and God’s love with everyone around him.
Armand, your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words, and will be missed beyond measure.
A special thanks to Dr. Cox, Dr. Gill, Dr. Cass and the staff of Laurel Place Hospice for the compassionate care that Armand received through each of you.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Armand Rial Jolicoeur will be held at Immaculate Conception Delta (8842 – 119th Street, Delta, BC, V4C 6M4) on November 7th, 2017 @ 12:00PM. There will be a reception following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sisters of the Child Jesus, located at 318 Laval Street, Coquitlam, BC, V3K 4W4.
