Lisa “Lojzka” Langerholz
Birth: Saturday, June 21, 1947, in Poženik, Slovenia
Deceased: Sunday, December 25, 2025, in Mission, BC
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Lisa Langerholz. She passed into the arms of the Lord at 11:30am on Christmas Day. She is dearly missed by her sons David and Marko and their families, as well as her relatives in Slovenia and her many friends within the Mission Alliance Church and the Slovenian Society. She was born in Poženik, Slovenia June 21, 1947 and immigrated to Canada in 1972. She loved singing and dancing, and she was passionate about gardening and her flowers.

Brothers: Ivan Podgoršek and Vinko Podgoršek
Survived By:
Sister: Marija Gerkman
Son: David Langerholz and Spouse: Cheryl Dooley
Son: Marko Langerholz and Spouse: Elysia Artinian
Grandchildren: Shelby, Zak, Jonah, Lance, Tatiana, Joshua

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Lisa “Lojzka”. I’ll always remember her singing the in choir at our Slovenian Hall. She was so full of life and that’s how will remember her.
