Tribute
McDonald, Linda Jean (nee Abram). Dearly beloved daughter of Mellinie Abram of Calgary passed away at the Mission, B.C. Memorial Hospital, after a year long struggle with breast cancer. Linda, was a graduate of U. of A. and a graduate U. of B.C. M.S.W. and a board member of the B.C. Association of Social Workers. At the time of her passing Linda was the administrative director of the Clinic. Linda also leaves to mourn her passing, her children, Joseph Ott, of Ontario, Ryan Day of New Westminster and Shayla Day of Vancouver; brothers, Michael Abram of Calgary and Palm Dessert, J.D. Abram of Toronto; Aunt Joan Cope of Calgary and Aunt Phyllis Clarke of Brooks, Alberta; also cousins and many dear friends. A celebration of Linda”s life will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, March 30, 2012 at Bakerview Celebration Centre, 34863 Cemetery Ave, Mission, BC.
Linda”s ashes will placed along with the ashes of her dearly departed children, Dean Ott and Marnie Ott.

I extend my condolences to your family and friends. I will miss you Lulu, however I wish you a wonderful journey! I am reassured to think that when I get to the gates, you will be there with your usual love, gentleness and warmth! I have many fond memories of you since 2000 when we both took the first IIT workshop together in Tinamara. And you’ve worked hard, so I’d say you have earned a well-deserve rest!
